This is a starting draft and hasn't been legally reviewed. If you have a specific question about your rights, please contact us directly.
These terms govern the use of the DCSN application (the “app” or “service”), operated by next_brand s.r.o., Rastlinná 21, 851 10 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 44 831 919, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, insert no. 59191/B (“we” or “the provider”).
By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
DCSN is a tool for sorting and prioritizing documents, emails and tasks using the Eisenhower matrix (important/urgent), assisted by artificial intelligence. The app processes the content you upload and generates summaries, task suggestions and recommendations from it.
You create an account by signing in with Google or via a link sent by email. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for protecting access to your account (e.g. your email or Google account).
One account may only be used by one person. Creating multiple accounts to get around the free plan's limits is a breach of these terms.
The app offers three tiers:
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. We never see or store your payment details (card number etc.) ourselves. The Plan tier renews automatically every month until cancelled — manage it under Settings → Subscription and billing.
As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Because this is digital content delivered immediately after payment (you get access to the app right away), you lose this right the moment you start using the service, with your express consent, before the 14 days are up — clicking the payment button confirms that consent and the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
If you still believe you're entitled to a refund, write to us — we're happy to review any situation individually.
The app uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to process your content. AI output (summaries, suggestions, classifications) can contain errors or inaccuracies. Don't treat it as the sole basis for important decisions — always verify it yourself.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from relying on incorrect AI output. Our total liability to you is in any case limited to the amount you've actually paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You may not use the app to upload unlawful content, attempt to circumvent technical limits (e.g. rate limits), or reverse-engineer or automate bulk extraction of the app's data.
You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings — this immediately deletes all your projects and sources too. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We aim to resolve disputes amicably first; failing that, the competent courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction. As a consumer you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the app's features change. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
